As a kid I always was riding bicycles after school on the weekend's didn't matter what the weather was I was riding. It was not until my early 20s I was still riding even when I had a car I would ride to work or around town on the weekends sometimes averaging 100 miles in 2 days!! I made it my main source of getting around because not only did it help me get rid of a lot of energy but it was very cost-effective as well.  So fast forward  I am now 42 and still enjoy cycling to this day. However, I am not your typical cyclist. I am a smoker and really don't take care of my self kinda guy so this is where it all gets interesting. I am at the point in my life to where in order to continue to do this passion I need to start eating better and taking care of myself so in order to do that, it has to happen one step at a time.
